Begin every other night and build up to once nightly. For even overall lightening apply a thin layer to entire area or entire face. Do not spot treat. Avoid sun exposure by applying only at night and applying sunscreen daily. Must have six weeks of continued use before seeing significant results. Keep refrigerated.
