CLINIC POLICIES

At Amare Aesthetics, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness, consistency, and availability for all patients, we maintain the following policies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

One cancellation or reschedule per calendar quarter is allowed without a $75 administrative fee.

Changes made within 48 hours incur a $150 administrative fee or the full treatment cost and restrict scheduling. The next appointment may be scheduled 30 days out. Any sooner availability must be booked directly online if it becomes available.

No-shows may result in loss of booking privileges and discharge from the practice.

Deposits & Booking Requirements

A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.

First-time patients are required to pay a $200 non-refundable admin fee. This fee may be applied toward same-day treatment or product purchases.

Appointments involving injectables, filler, or multiple services may require a $75 admin fee due to extended appointment time allocation.

Admin fees secure your reserved time and are non-refundable.

Scheduling Access & Availability

Following a late cancellation or reschedule, appointments may be scheduled 30 days out.

Earlier availability may appear online and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Staff are unable to hold or manually book earlier openings. Waitlist requests do not guarantee appointment availability.

Late Arrivals

We get it, life happens. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to preserve safety and scheduling integrity.

Treatment & Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. All treatments, services, fees, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Prepaid sessions forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show will not be reinstated. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Illness Policy

Patients who are sick will not be treated to protect the safety of others. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Standard cancellation policies apply.

Product Return Policy

All product sales are final.
