CLINIC POLICIES

At Amare Aesthetics, we value your time, and appointments are reserved especially for you. While we understand that adjustments may sometimes be necessary, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling—regardless of the reason (including illness, car trouble, or traffic). Sick clients will not be accepted to protect the health of others.

If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 administrative fee or the full treatment cost will be applied. No-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments, and we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and payment is due at the time of service.

Multi-Service & Filler Appointments

Appointments involving filler, injectables, or multiple services reserve extended time blocks that cannot be filled last-minute. If you choose to downgrade or remove any part of your treatment at the time of your visit, a $150 Reserved Time Fee may apply. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid this.

Reschedules

You may cancel or reschedule one appointment per quarter without penalty. Any additional changes will require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments, with scheduling available 30 days out from your original appointment. Repeat disruptions may result in loss of booking privileges.

Please only reserve a time you are confident you can commit to, this allows us to serve all clients fairly and efficiently.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, if your tardiness impacts scheduling or compromises the safety of your treatment, your session may need to be shortened or canceled.

Admin Fee & Booking Requirements

Due to the high demand for consultations and appointments, a credit card is required to hold all bookings. First-time clients are required to pay a $200 non-refundable admin fee or the full treatment cost, which can be applied to same-day treatments or product purchases. Treatment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. For prepaid or gift card visits, 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations made without proper notice will forfeit the prepaid session and be billed accordingly. Rescheduling depends on availability.

Product Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for U.S. orders if items are incorrect, damaged, or caused an adverse reaction (with at least 75% of product remaining). All returns must include the original packing slip and be unopened. Store credit or exchange will be issued, excluding shipping fees.

International orders, samples, and promotional items are not eligible for return.
