dermamelan treatment is a home cream whose main action is the attenuation and control of acquired skin pigmentation imperfections of melanic origin, located on the face.

dermamelan® is the depigmenting method that provides an intensive corrective action on skin hyperpigmentations while regulating melanin overproduction in melanocytes, inhibiting and controlling reappearance of new spots. It acts at two levels, corrective and regulatory, achieving a short and long-term result to maintain hyperpigmentations under control.

 

The dermamelan® method consists of a protocol comprising 4 phases which are necessary to achieve the target outcome. Intensive depigmentation in office in phase 1 and treatment for home use in phases 2, 3 and 4. 

 

All patients require a 4 month commitment along with treatment (dermaclear) when using this product. Compliance with home schedule is essential to meet the depigmenting objective in the short and long term. Medical consult required.

Instructions for use after in-clinic Dermamelan Treatment: Treatment Programme

Always follow the advice of your practitioner as the following are general guidelines and your programme may be altered specifically to your needs.
Apply one pump of Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream directly over the entire face on clean, dry skin, twice a day (morning and night) for 4 months.
Next, generously apply melan recovery three times a day (morning, midday and night) to the whole face, massaging until completely absorbed. End the routine with mesoprotech melan 130 pigment control during the daytime applications (morning and midday).
Don't undertake any waxing or threading.
Instructions for use if you have NOT had in-clinic Dermamelan Treatment: Maintenance Programme

Apply Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream directly over the entire face, once a day (at night), continually monitoring skin's progress.
When using Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream, broad-spectrum SPF should be worn every day and re-applied throughout the day.
The use of a broad-spectrum sun protection is mandatory during Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream usage. Not using sun protection reduces or invalidates the effectiveness of the product.
Don't undertake any waxing or threading.
mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream is NOT suitable for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
